I use this scale to wiegh out meat for smoking. I need to have the meat close to the same weight so I can pull the meat near the same time. This scale is perfect for that. I just put a pc of wax paper on the tray and everything stays clean.

This has been a wonderful gadget. I don’t use it in the kitchen, I use it for weighing small packages when mailing items. It is accurate and easily adjustable if you need to take off the top tray to use.

its ok for the money spent but I am not sure how acurate it really is and seems to fluctuate alot but I am also using it to weigh newborn pups and they tend to wiggle alot. would work better with a chunk of meat that doesn’t wiggle.lol
